MSD (headquartered in Kenilworth, New Jersey, USA) has made the decision to spin-off products from its Women’s Health, trusted Legacy Brands, and Biosimilars businesses to form a new, independent company. This new company, named “Organon”, will become an independent, publicly traded company in 2021 with its global and US headquarters to be based in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA. We expect that additional Organon sites will be in the general vicinity of current MSD locations.

Job Description
Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.
To secure business performance and future growth of company, assess and develop market access strategy, accelerate new drug listing, expand reimbursement guideline right time and minimize price erosion by various price-cut mechanisms for established brands and pipeline products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1.Assess and lead market access strategy for new product’s commercialization plan
-Provide the local insight for early stage of development and upcoming new indications
-Understand each price-cut mechanism and precisely anticipate price impact so as to increase business predictability
2.Successful new drug listing and reimbursement expansion
-P&R analysis and development of pricing strategy and action plan with understanding products, markets, customers, healthcare policy and procedural rules and regulations related to price and reimbursement approval
-Data(Clinical study, outcome study, market data, other 2nd data etc) collection and analysis to lead favor decision to company products
-Develop budget impact model to prove budget saving or netral and persuade payors with sufficient and scientific rationale
-Dossier filing and communication with HIRA reviewer based on scientific data, strategic analysis and action plan
-Develop negotiation strategy thru collaborating with marketing and medical colleagues and participate in pricing negotiation
3.Minimize price erosion by various price-cut mechanisms and provide accurate assumption to BU
-Understand each price-cut mechanism and precisely anticipate price impact so as to increase business predictability
-Develop reasonable rationale to reconcile access issues and procedural challenges
-Anticipate environmental changes and develop the rationale to influence on policy direction
