With Experiences, Airbnb offers unprecedented access to local communities and interests through 30,000+ unique, handcrafted activities run by hosts across 1,000+ markets around the world. Airbnb’s people-to-people platform benefits all its stakeholders, including hosts, guests, employees and the communities in which it operates.
Airbnb Experiences are activities designed and led by local hosts to give guests unique access into places and communities.
We are looking to create a large number of entrepreneurs across Korea over the next few years on the Experiences platform. As an intern on the Korea Experiences team, you will be responsible for growing the supply of Experiences across the region, and supporting growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on specific projects as determined by the Experiences Territory Manager
- Identify gaps in our host inventory and work to find and launch new hosts who can create high quality Experiences
- Help support the growth of Experiences in multiple markets across Korea
- Help promote the Experiences platform to professionals, entrepreneurs and passionate Experience hosts
- Help find new Experience hosts, onboard them and make them successful on the Airbnb platform
- Build expertise and share learnings from your market with the broader organization
- Collaborate with a cross-functional global team

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or graduated with Bachelor's Degree or above within this calendar year
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Korean
- Think and act like an entrepreneur. Scrappy, hands-on and able to execute quickly
- Detail-oriented, organized and goal driven. Great communication and interpersonal skills, and able to quickly establish relationships
- Have your finger on the pulse of the latest local trends in entertainment, travel, lifestyle and what people want from their spare time
- Passion for Airbnb and the sharing economy
- Have a good understanding/Knowledge of domestic destinations in Korea
Eligibility for an internship within Airbnb in APAC: You must be a recent graduate within this calendar year.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or graduated with Bachelor's Degree or above within this calendar year
