Job Description
Our Medical Affairs team advances patient care by engaging in scientific exchange with external medical experts and industry leaders ensuring the scientific value of our products is understood. We connect, communicate and train internal employees to ensure a thorough understanding of the science behind the medicine and review further unmet medical needs to support collaboration to further differentiate our portfolio.
Hiring position: Medical Service Specialist
[Responsibilities]
1.Medical Information Response
-Provide high quality of Medical Information Letters to unsolicited Medical Inquiries from HCP based on the Global Resources complying with the local regulation (Note : Verbal response might be performed for escalated cases from the first-line designated department.)
-Proceed the local adaptation of Global Scientific Contents and Create Local Scientific Contents
-Meet the KPI in terms of MIR responsiveness by the complexity of Medical Inquiries
2.Promotional Material Review
-Review Promotional Materials which are submitted by Commercial Colleagues for medical accuracy in accordance with applicable procedures and local regulations
-Consult Commercial Colleagues about creative briefs in early stage of material development
-Be certified as the qualified medical reviewers by the company certification training courses
3.Subject Matter Experts in Medical Service Area
-Perform the expert role in the assigned subject and be the contact point for the process guidance
-Lead the process harmonization across the entire organization
-Coordinate Quality Assurance/Control Process to ensure the standard satisfaction as well as continuous improvement
