POSITION SUMMARY:
The International Butler should successfully execute all assigned duties to deliver an exceptional service experience, with guidance, support and leadership from the Head Butler to our customers, especially those with foreign language requirements. They are expected to achieve the highest guest satisfaction through consistently performing the departmental standard operating procedures. The International Butler should be able to sell, grow and retain our International guests. The International Butler should act as an ambassador to promote the hotel by following vision, mission and core values.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Execute all assigned duties to deliver an exceptional service experience to our foreign customers/patrons particularly to Korean VIPs.
• Prepare and perform the VIP guest arrival and departure process in an efficient and professional manner.
• Maintain close and efficient communication, coordination, assistance, and support to department heads in fulfilling guest requests and service-related activities to increase the guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and update guest history files according to guest preferences in a confidential manner.
• Collect and handle guest comments and complaints in an efficient and professional manner for appropriate resolution.

• A degree in Hospitality Management or any equivalent courses.
• Extensive knowledge in international food & beverage, housekeeping, safety and sanitation and butler service operations.
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience in resort/hotel and casino.
• Proficient in Korean and English languages.
