업무내용
Operation Management Support:
1. Ensure to manage and upload the signed contract to the system;
2. Ensure full cycle of client registration for sales team according to guidelines;
3. Follow-up on rebate approval process and payment requests from agencies.
Finance Administrative Support:
1. Generate AR report in close cooperation with sales teams and finance teams;
2. Support on chasing aging account receivables and collect ARs for monthly closing;
3. Manage and follow up on the invoices sent from our vendors for sales team and ensuring all invoices and approvals are in place for payment.

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our high-performing TikTok Global Business Solutions team to focus on driving sales enablement and efficiency initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational scale. The Sales Operation Specialist will ensure smooth operation of the overall ad sales process, promote the systematic support required by the sales process, and solve the cross-team communication focusing on finance administrative and operation management support.
