업무내용
Team Introduction
TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve the TikTok music content strategy according to user consumption, especially on a better combination between editorial programming and algo-based recommendation.
- Build and maintain a detailed, and localised, music programming / promotion calendar for NEA market together with regional teams.
- Liaise directly with Algo Product Manager and Engineers to localize algo strategies according to local user behaviors and eco-system.
- Collaborate with XFN teams to discover music promotion opportunities across TikTok effects, templates, hashtags, etc., and see to the execution.
- Analyze key campaign statistics and data points to measure campaign success and uncover new promotion opportunities.
- Product operation of music promotion products, as well as assist with cross-functional product operation, such as Artist Engagement & Monetization.
- Collaborate with the International Music Promotion teams to roll out campaigns in international markets as well as other strategic initiatives.
