업무내용
1. Marketing related financial analysis & Monthly Regular Report preparation
- Prepare pricing/margin/promotion efficiency review analysis, especially for Personal care, Beauty, and Catalog products.
- Interact with Marketing team to support on financial inquires and to get launch & promotion calendar updated
- Support Sr. analyst to prepare quarterly projection and other Ad-hoc projects
- Managing closing data (Sales by product category, Brand support expense, promotion results, etc)
- Prepare & deliver monthly regular/Ad-hoc reports (sales by product category, margin by SKU, Promotion performance, Launch & promotion calendar, etc)
2. Administrative support
- Prepare division’s bi-weekly report for CFO
- Provide administrative help to CFO & team members (Update/deliver sales & promotion data, maintain office supplies, and set-up meetings, etc)
-Secretarial works requested by CFO (schedule, business expenses claim, and arrange biz trip, etc)
