Location : Seoul, Korea
The role is to develop and implement talent development strategies and training programs ensuring they reflect company values and global projects. By actively coordinating with HR departments, retail team, and stores, this position will ensure that all levels of employees develop their skills and competencies throughout the Career Development Plan as well as other training activities.
◆ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Implement employee development strategy at a regional level.
- Ensure all employees develop their skills and understand company values.
- Work with retail/commercial team and all departments to identify employee needs and develop, update, set timings, and follow up the training plans.
- Coordinate trainings and global projects in the region, collaborating with the retail, image, product, omnichannel, CE, and HR departments.
- Manage existing courses/training activities.
- Adapt and develop training materials.
- Promote company values within the organization. (such as sustainability project)
- Ensure the company employees in region to follow the Career Development Plan
- Identify, suggest, and implement creative ways of training to guarantee our employees receive a proper coaching.
- Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities in class and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate & review training effectiveness regularly.
- Engage the activities Internal communication (such as INET editor)
◆ REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of talent development / training experience, preferably in retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop employees.
- Proficient use in MS Office is required.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation to identify problems and opportunities.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fluent English (verbal & written) is a must.
