업무내용
1. Boutique ad Wholesale Accounts Operations
• Main interlocutors for Boutique/Wholesale Accounts on general inquiries/requests (delivery request, straps, PLV, etc.)
• Support weekly sales order, product allocation, and delivery for wholesale accounts
• Receive boutique maintenance request and support Brand Assistant Manager for necessary follow-up action with contracted agency
• Follow up on the purchase order handling with Finance (Commercial purchase order issuing in the SAP system, Non-PO creation, other Commercial expenses handling)
• New boutique staff enrollment in the system, sales code request to IT
• Collecting of the BTQ monthly schedule, check and report the boutique over time working record to Brand Assistant Manager
• Support the miscellaneous office works (documentation, stationery order/delivery, arrangement, meeting room booking, send/receive the Retail parcel(mail bag) between office and boutique etc.)
• Propose and implement all necessary action plans for retail team to improve working conditions in boutique and smoothen daily operations
2. Sales report and analysis
• Consolidate sales data and issue the weekly/Monthly/Quarterly sales report for Boutiques/DFS/Dealers
• Do the regular sales analysis and report in a timely manner
3. Other function Support
• Wholesale support for sell-in & out, price change, C/S policy etc.
• Internal system trouble shooting
• Ad-hoc support for various commercial project led by each project leader
• Support in office/boutiques as needed across all channels (i.e., events, trainings, etc.)
