[Key Accountabilities]
[Qualifications]
- Ensure that Store Procedures for Retail Operations are followed properly for the concerned stores
- Support team to increase sales and ensure operational efficiency
- Collect and consolidate all data: weekly sales, monthly sales, meeting data for reporting
- Reinforce business relationships with partners through active communications
- Create and communicate sales targets at regular intervals
- Monitor sales across stores to check that quotas are met
- Set and implement performance standards across all stores
- Ensure that employees observe company protocols
- Collaborate with the Retail team to ensure that operations are consistent across the board
- Travel to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed
- Inform your manager of progress and pitfalls regularly
- Report to Retail Operations Manager
[Qualifications]
- Good balance of sense of creativity and commerce
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytics skills
- Independent and proactive work attitude
- Analytic skills with good use of Excel
- Fluent in English
