Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy planning & execution
- Assist in the execution of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Support retail, duty-free, e-commerce, and digital marketing initiatives by gathering market insights and assisting in campaign rollouts.
- Help manage customer database segmentation and contribute to consumer insights analysis.
- Monitor marketing expenses and assist with budget tracking for cost-effective operations.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Provide logistical and operational support for brand events, product launches, and retail activations.
- Assist in venue selection, vendor coordination, and event material preparation.
- Help draft event briefing documents and coordinate with external partners and agencies.
- Research competitor events and industry trends to identify new opportunities. Address store requests related to direct marketing and brand imaging.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Assist in content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of Swatch’s official SNS channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Help track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, including SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
- Support influencer and media partner collaboration by handling outreach and coordination.
General Marketing Operations & Administration
- Manage marketing inventory, including POS materials, Visual Merchandising Display (VMD) assets, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Retail, E-commerce) to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in marketing research and competitive analysis, preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in luxury watch & jewelry, cosmetics, or fashion industries preferred
- Prior experience in marketing and PR communications with global brands is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); digital media experience is a plus
